I stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two days, the room and service were good, and I checked in the Michelin three-star restaurant memory, which is great! The hot spring is also very big and comfortable! The only dissatisfaction is that the indoor heated swimming pool was told not to swim, and the children were asked to go to the outdoor pool, but the outdoor pool is very small, the water temperature is cold, and it is impossible to swim at all. The original words of the pool management staff are that this pool is used for soaking and relaxing. But this is a standard swimming pool, you can only soak in the water and not move? If you want to relax, why not go to the hot spring next to it. It says that swimming is not allowed in the swimming pool. I don't understand! If the hotel feels that the indoor swimming pool is not suitable for swimming, then the outdoor swimming pool can be enlarged to solve the problem. Super Service vom Empfang vor dem Hotel bis zur Verabschiedung mit Übergabe der Autoschlüssel. Sehr aufmerksame Mitarbeiter, die bei der Ankunft sofort feststellten, dass ich am Anreisedatum meinen Geburtstag feierte, was auch der Grund des Aufenthaltes war. Die Massage war perfekt, der Zimmerservice sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia mai stato nei miei diversi viaggi. In particolare, i servizi, il personale, la ristorazione e la struttura in generale hanno caratteristiche di altissimo livello che riescono a soddisfare tutte le esigenze con classe e discrezione. Una destinazione che mi sento di consigliare per chi vuole avere un soggiorno di alto livello.

Meine Frau und ich besuchen den Quellenhof in Bad Ragaz ab und an. Jedes Mal ein tolles Erlebnis. Speziell wohl fühlen wir uns, wenn uns Herr Novak in der Lounge bedient. Ein absolut toller Junge. Service auf bestem Niveau. Man fühlt sich so, wie sich ein Gast in einem 5* Haus fühlen soll. Faszinierende Aufmerksamkeit, jede Bewegung sitzt, ideales Mass an Freundlichkeit, beste Empfehlungen - ich würde sagen 10 von 10 - es erfreut uns jedes Mal, wenn wir Herr Novak begrüssen dürfen. Toller Kurztrip nach Bad Ragaz. Das Hotel hat an genereller Auswahl alles zu bieten. Moderne Zimmer, weites kulinarisches Angebot bis hin zum Spa Bereich, welcher an Grösse und Auswahl ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen lässt. Kulinarisch wurden wir ebenfalls wunderbar versorgt mit zusätzlich hervorragenden Weinen des Teams. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ich war in der Clinic und durfte auch den Hotelservice geniessen. Essen auch im Turm sehr gut, extrem freundlicher Room Service, Housekeeping und auch in der Lobby waren alle hilfsbereit wenn ich mit meinen Krücken oder Rollstuhl kam. Die Pagen und der Concierge haben meinen Aufenthalt von fast 3 Wochen schöner gemacht, es entsteht eine lustige und freundliche Beziehung.Ich grüsse alle herzlich und ich werde sicher einmal als Hotelgast wieder kommen !
